Our Turnaround Times

We strive to have the best delivery times in the industry! We know that finalizing your yearbook can be both an exciting and stressful time for you and your committee. Let us help remove the “stressful” part from the equation by providing prompt turnaround from the moment you submit your files to the day the books arrive.

At Quality Yearbooks, we strive to make our customers happy with our prompt turnaround.

Proofing: Once you submit your finalized yearbook we will prep your files and produce a hard printed proof generally within 3 days. The proof will be shipped via second day air providing you with ample time to take one last look. Note: A quick PDF proof is available upon request.

File Submission: From your final okay we generally allow 7-10 days to produce and ship your books. We always watch your delivery dates and the necessary ship times when we schedule production, however, it is important to tell your customer service advisor of any special dates or events that need to be noted. It’s good to remember that we produce our books at several plants around the country to help ensure the shortest possible ship time. Rush service is available upon request and must be arranged when your final book is submitted.

Additional Hard Cover Books: They print in the same beautiful full color on a No. 1 hi-white 100# Coated text paper, complemented with a 120pt Coated cover full color printed finished with a film laminate. Books are hard cover bound with a wrap-around cover using PUR Glue.

Recommended Deadlines: Even though we have established delivery times we have outlined ideal deadlines that will help you to get the most into your book without stressing over the delivery The deadlines are flexible based on your needs and can be adjusted based your feedback.

Make a Reservation

Once you get your quote online, you’ll be able to create an account and make a reservation. Now you’re ready to get the software from us to start putting the yearbook together.

Get the Software

We will give you access to our fully online yearbook creation software. Start building the book with help from the yearbook team and when it’s finished, upload it through the cloud.

View the Proof

We will mail you a proof within 3 days of your submission. If the yearbook looks exactly how you envision it, approve the proof and we will begin printing at our nationwide facilities.

Printing

We print using state of the art indigo presses, which are digital and provide the same look for all books, no matter what printer it comes from. Yearbooks will be shipped in 5-7 days.

We have state-of-the-art printing facilities strategically located across the country to deliver the highest quality & fastest delivery. Our locations spread throughout the Northeast, Midwest and West ensure that all U.S. residents can get their yearbook orders shipped within 7 days* after approval of our proof.
